Order Confirmation
When you place an order online, you will receive an auto-generated confirmation email with your order details and order number. If you have not received this email your order may not have gone through successfully. When I opened this bag, it was teeming with ants — they were even inside the individual bubblegum wrappers, crawling all over the actual lollies I’d hoped to gift to my children. Dozens of them, maybe hundreds, despite having been in a sealed delivery box. Customer service requested photographic evidence, which I provided, and said they’d escalate the issue to their supervisors… but no contact since. Happy Easter let down!
