Australia post shipping update

As you know, across the country we are all managing the sustained challenges of the COVID pandemic. With two of our largest States and some 15 million people in lockdown, the fluctuations in customer online shopping have significantly increased.

To help clear excess parcel volumes in NSW, ACT and VIC due to these impacts, Australia post will be suspending customer collections in these areas.

All Parcel Post collections from customers and merchants in NSW, ACT and VIC will be paused from 7am Saturday 4 September until 7am Tuesday 7 September.

The safety of Australia posts people is their highest priority and this temporary measure will allow them to responsibly clear record volumes in parts of our network.

Their team will be processing all weekend to reduce these volumes.

Due to an overwhelming response to our cancelled events our dispatch times may be extended from 4-10 days, please note this does not include shipping time. We thank you all for your support during this time. Due to Covid-19 and government restrictions on workplace capacities our dispatch times are longer than usual. We will endeavor to get your orders dispatched as quickly as possible. As soon as your order has been shipped you will be notified via email. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 4-10 business days of receiving payment. We attempt to have all deliveries arrive within 4-7 working days of dispatch date. The delivery timeframe as noted on the cart checkout page, relates to days from payment clearing. All orders are sent from our Melbourne warehouse. If you live in WA, NT, Far North Queensland or remote rural areas it may take a few extra days for delivery. Certain periods of the year are seasonably busy and deliveries may be delayed slightly longer. Due to circumstances outside of our control, showbags.com.au cannot deliver to PO boxes. Showbags.com.au can only ship our showbags within Australia and New Zealand.

International Shipping prices vary and will be calculated at checkout. Please note your order maybe required to pay additional custom and/or VAT charges upon enter into your own country so please check before purchasing.
