After COVID-19 wreaked havoc with the 2021 Hobart Show, they are back and better than ever! The show is hosted by the Royal Agricultural Society of Tasmania and highlights all things local.
The rich heritage and charms of the city and country come together to offer something for everyone. A popular event for many years, people flock to the show for the unique sights, sounds, and smells of rural Australia. With hands-on learning experience, free entertainment, and extensive activities on the agenda, it will be filled to the brim with fun across the duration of the show!
Due to COVID, the show’s program looked a little different this year. In July, poultry, canary, and cavies were exhibited. However, the 20th-22nd of October will hold most events, including woodchopping, carnival entertainment, games, creative crafts, and all the cuddly animals!
Arguably most important of all, it will be full of our showbags! It wouldn’t be a Royal show without taking home some goodies for the whole family. What can you expect? The classics (of course), along with some new surprises too! We will have our finest confectionary showbags featuring Hubba Bubba, Jelly Belly, Nerds, and much more! Is chocolate more your thing? We can satisfy any Cadbury craving- whether you want variety or are a loyal fan of one type. Want one for the kids (without the sugar rush?) We offer a wide range of novelty showbags with everyone’s favourite toys, games, and characters. Take an armful (or two) home to complete your show experience.
