How many bags will we sell?

We love making this process super easy for you. Work out your fundraising goal and select a range of showbags that suit your market. Allow 1 showbag for each child enrolled at your school/group – or discuss your needs with our team. Once you place and pay for your order, we will send your order clearly marked in pre-packed cartons. We offer pre-payment via credit card or EFT. Pro Tip: Choose a range of showbags to suit your market.

How can we make a profit?

You make instant fundraising profit by purchasing your valued packed showbags at wholesale pricing and then on-selling them at retail pricing.

How can we maximise sales?

We can help you maximise your sales with our Showbags Fundraising Marketing Kit. This kit includes all the materials you need from social media assets, templates for your newsletters, advertising posters, money making trackers and more. We recommend that you start advertising your Showbags Fundraiser 2 weeks out from your launch to make sure that all parents, teachers, and families are engaged and ready to go.

Payment Terms

We offer pre-payment via credit card or EFT, otherwise contact us about how to set up a 14-day account. If you set up a wholesale account on our wholesale website payment terms are different.

Freight and Pick Up

You can choose to pick up your orders if you arrange with our dispatch and wholesale departments:
sales@bensonstrading.com.au and dispatch@bensonstrading.com.au.
We are located in Derrimut, Victoria and our hours of operation are
9am-3pm.
Alternatively, all orders are sent out by a national courier who will deliver your order to you during business hours.
*Freight charge is calculated on order size and location once order has been placed.

Returns or Faulty Products

All returns or credit requests should be made within 7 days of invoice date. Due to health and safety standards, we do not accept returns on any confectionery, chocolate, or food products. Please email sales@bensonstrading.com.au or call 03 9368 4600 to discuss with a team member.
