About the Show

The Ipswich Show is one of Queensland’s favourite annual events, bringing together the local community for three days of country charm, family fun, and non-stop entertainment. First held in 1873, it’s a proud tradition that celebrates everything great about the region — from agriculture and local talent to thrilling rides and spectacular show entertainment.

There’s so much to see and do at the Ipswich Show, with woodchopping events, farmyard animals, arts, crafts, live performances, and of course, the ever-popular sideshow alley. It’s the perfect day out for the whole family!
