    Cadbury Showbag Competition – Terms and Conditions

    1. Promoter
      • The promoter is Benson’s Trading Pty Ltd (ABN: [11004681609]).
    2. Eligibility
      • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over only.
    3. How to Enter
      • To enter, customers must spend $50 or more in a single transaction on Cadbury showbags during the competition period at the Melbourne Royal Show.
      • Each eligible transaction equals one entry per customer.
      • Entrants must provide a valid email address via the competition link at the time of purchase to be eligible.
    4. Competition Period
      • The promotion begins at 9:00 AM (AEST) on Saturday, 25th September 2025.
      • The promotion ends at 9:30 PM (AEST) on Sunday, 5th October 2025.
    5. Prize Details
      • There is one (1) Cadbury hampers to be won.
      • Hamper is valued at $200 AUD.
      • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
      • Prizes will be posted to the winners once they have confirmed their delivery address via email.
    6. Draw and Notification
      • The winners will be drawn at random on Monday, 6th October 2025 at 10:00 AM (AEST).
      • Winners will be notified via email and announced on our social media channels.
    7. General Conditions
      • The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
      • By entering, entrants agree to receive promotional updates from the promoter (you may opt out at any time).
      • The promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, late, lost, or misdirected entries.

      • Personal information collected during the promotion will be used for the purpose of contacting winners and administering the promotion in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy.

      • The promoter will never request bank details, payment, or private information via direct message (DM), SMS, or phone call.
      • Winners will be contacted via the email provided at the time of entry.
      • If you receive any suspicious messages claiming you’ve won, please report them to Facebook and do not respond or click any links.
      • The promoter will not be held responsible for any losses or damages caused by fraudulent third-party activity in connection with this competition.
