Please Note: Click & Collect will be available between the 22nd – 4th January but no collections can be made during this time. Collections will be ready by the 6th of January for this period of Click and collect.
WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE CLICK & COLLECT AS MY SHIPPING METHOD?
If you need your showbags, toys or gifts sooner you can click and collect if you live in Victoria. No more missing deliveries and travelling to and from the post office. Pick your order up when it’s convenient for you. We have collection times available Monday-Friday at our Derrimut warehouse 39-45, Swann Drive, Derrimut VIC, 3026.
Buy your items online and we’ll send you an email when your goods are ready to be collected.
FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO START SHOPPING
• Shop our fabulous range and add your items to bag by selecting the click and collect location before adding to cart.
• Choose the store that you would like to pick up from.
• You will receive an email to confirm your order, and then when your order has been picked you will receive an order with instructions on how to collect. Once your item is collected we will send you a confirmation of pick up email.
• When you arrive at your chosen store to pick up, make sure you have a copy of the email order as well as a form of photo I.D.
• Is someone else going to pick up for you? That’s not a problem please fill in the below authority form and get them to bring this along with them.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Click & Collect delivery option is available online to selected showbag warehouse locations only.
- Please note that during major events and promotions, Click & Collect may be temporarily unavailable.
- The relevant Click & Collect store will contact you via email when your order is ready for collection.
- Orders will generally be available for collection within 2-10 business days from the date that you place the order.
- In peak trading periods or where item/s in your order are not available and need to be sourced from another fulfilment location, this may result in delays in fulfilment.
- Showbags.com.au will notify you of the delays via phone or email and discuss alternative arrangements.
- Click & Collect orders cannot be modified or cancelled once your order has been confirmed.
- All Click & Collect orders have the same returns policy as online orders. Please refer to our returns policy for further information.
- Click & Collect orders must be collected within 10 business days from the date you are notified by email that your order is ready for collection.
- If your order is not collected within this time, the relevant Click & Collect store has the right to allocate those goods to another customer and refund you.
- When collecting your goods at the Click & Collect store, you are required to supply a copy of your Click to Collect notification email and photo identification.
- If you are not personally available to collect the goods, you may appoint a representative. The representative is required to supply a copy of your Click & Collect notification email, authorisation form and photo identification at the time of collection. You agree that we will be entitled to rely on the representative's instructions as if they were your own.
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Click & Collect service at any time, without notice.

Click & Collect is a fast and convenient service which allows you to select and order goods online and collect from our pop up store. Click & Collect orders are available for free pickup subject to stock availability. Please Note: During sale and promotional periods Click & Collect may be temporarily unavailable or take longer to get ready.
WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER?
Once your order has been received, we will pick your order asap! We’ll send you an email when your order is ready. Please Note: During event and promotional periods Click & Collect may be temporarily unavailable or take longer to get ready.
WHY AREN’T ALL YOUR ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR CLICK & COLLECT?
Unfortunately not all items on our website are available for Click & Collect. We have selected our most wanted products for this special VIP service.
WHAT HAPPENS IF NOT ALL OF MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER IS AVAILABLE?
Unfortunately, if not all items in your order are available, we will refund the unavailable items which can take (3-5 days to process the payment) and notify you for collection on the items that are available.
DOES CLICK & COLLECT COST?
Click & Collect is a free service for all our customers. You only have to pay for the items you purchase.
WHAT IF I’M LATE PICKING UP MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER?
You have 10 business days from the day you order before your order will be sent back to our Warehouse, where the refund will be processed. Our store team will do their very best to send you reminders, but unfortunately we can’t guarantee this service.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE COLLECT MY ORDER FOR ME?
Yes. If you are getting another person to collect please sign this form and get your nominated person to bring the Ready to Collect email along with their photo ID. Without this we will not be able to release the order to you.
